Hey lovelies,
So I know I have not used this blog in awhile and that is purly from the fact that I have been super busy. Being my senior year of high school it has been pretty crazy, but one of my goals for the year is to lose some weight. I dont have a set amount but I want to just lose as much as makes me feel good so, I am going to o a diffirent direction with this for awhile. Instead of this being about makeup, I am going to make it updates about my life, working out, picking schools, work, and as always a little makeup and fashion thrown in. I am actually hoping you guys will like the variety a little more and I am going to work out all the details later but just wanted you all to know my thoughts.

Instagram whore, New job, and Face charts.
Hello my lovelies,
So I know I have been slacking on writing blog posts recently but I have a really good excuse. I got a new job about 2 weeks ago and Dairy Queen and I have been working pretty much every day of the week and I get home late, so I dont really have time to write a blog post or film a video. For those of you that may not know, Dairy Queen is an ice cream place in the US. However now that it is summer I can finally start to write blog posts and make videos again. I am taking advantage of not working days to actually film and plan out videos. And I am taking advantage of th elong nights that I can have to edit and upload the videos. I promise I am trying to figure out when I have tome to write blogs, but I also have no idea what to write about half the time.
Next topic since I am a bit hyper active sometimes, I am an Instagram whore. Okay maybe not so much, but I have started getting more into instagram. Which I think is a good thing. Right? I mean most of the pictures I post are either of me going to work, my dog, or face charts, or videos im uploading but thats still cool right? Okay maybe not so much but I still enjoy it.
And finally the most exciting part for me to talk about FACE CHARTS!!!!!! So a quick explanation about these for anyone that doesnt know. Basically face charts are cute little faces that make up artists use to plan out their makeup for shows or even just for clients. I have enevr really used them because they can be expensive to buy. BUT if you good free face charts in google images a bazillion come up. So what do you think I did? I saved one of the pictures so now I can print it off whenever I want it. I have been having so much fun making face charts and I swear to you I will do these for everything now. They are so much fun!!!

Filming Extravaganza
Hey my Lovelies,
So Its been awhile sicne I updated you all. I have been on a filming extravaganza tonight just trying to get some videos filmed so that I can get things all up and try to have at LEAST 2 new videos a week. And Im also trying to get some blog post written so I can actually post more on here. Lets just say that the writing posts hasnt really gotten anywhere with the amount of projects I have. Posting will get better on here and on youtube in about three weeks. I promise.

New Hair!!
Hello my lovelies,
So today I decided that I was going to get highlights in my hair. So now I want to talk about this experience with you guys, mostly because I want to give anyone that reads this a heads up on what may happen to their hair.
I would like to start off my stating that anyone that is going to say I only think what I think because I am not a Cosmetologist, that I am a cosmetology student, and that I have done plenty of foils in peoples hair to tell you how things turn out on every type of hair.
Okay so on to my hair. My natural hair color is like a level 5 brown. Which is a medium brown, but it is closer to the dark side of a 5. I have honestly never checked my hair against a color swatch at school so im just going off what I have guessed about. I have dyed my hair a few times a year since I was in 7th grade, I am now about to finish my junior year of high school. For being that I dye it as much as I do my hair is pretty soft and shiny and healthy. And not to mention I also straighten or curl it every single day because with my layers it looks weird if I dont. Any way, My hair is currently a burgundy but more on the red brown side than the purple. I wanted to put highlights in it because I loved them when I was in 7th grade, plus I wanted to break up the color a little bit, because for me the burgundy is just two one dimensional on my hair. Before I did the highlights I talked to my teacher about the things I needed she told me, and then also told me that she would help by watching and letting me know when I needed to take them out because they were at a good color for my hair.
Seeing as I have dyed red hair blonde a few times I knew that when I bleached it it was going to have a warm tone to it, and that it was going to come out a little orangy. So to try to help fight that I got a bleach that already had a toner in it. It didnt tone as well as it should have, but it also didnt lift my hair very well today. So I sat there talking to the teacher about it. She told me that it was more likely that the bleach had just dried out and we hadnt noticed in time to put more on. So she told me to skip doing the toner today and to go ahead and just wait, and fix the back tomorrow as well as do the toner. The toner I got was and Ash blonde from Wella. It is supposed to fight the orange, or brassy, color in my hair and make them more blonde.
I just wanted to tell you all my experience today with what happened. After bleaching my hair it still felt really healthy and soft. This is not normal so dont expect it to happen to your hair. I will update you with a bloge post tomorrow about how it turns out. And I will be sure to include a picture.

April Favorites
Hello My lovelies,
I have been thinking for awhile today on what I want to write about, and I decided it would be about some of my favorite products for April. Now its only the 24th but I can say that I know what I am going to love in the next week so here we go.
I have been thinking for awhile today on what I want to write about, and I decided it would be about some of my favorite products for April. Now its only the 24th but I can say that I know what I am going to love in the next week so here we go.
Urban Decay Primer Potion: This one is in Sin and it is specifically my favorite for this month because I havent been wanting to wear a whole lot of makeup to avoid last minute break outs before prom. So I have been putting this on with no eye shadow and no one knows the difference. Its got a champain like finish to it so it is super pretty to wear just by its self.
Revive beauty pro sponge: This is my new favorite makeup sponge for applying foundation. I did a comparison of this and the Beauty Blender ( review: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XhSqiqQqarI ). This sponge is so much better than my beauty blender, so I was glad I found it. Its a lot cheaper too.
Eos Lip Balm: This has been my life savor for the coming weeks. The weather where I live has been crazy so I have needed somethign to keep them from getting super dried out on a daily basis.
Hilary Duff Most Wanted: I found this CD the other day and I have been rocking out to it since. Please tell me other people do this too. I have felt so old listening to it but hey she was one of my favorite singers....and I loved Lizzie McGuire.
Taylor Swift Taylor Swift: I found the first Taylor Swift CD that I ever owned in my car the other day as well. Hello country and the old Taylor that I loved. Not loving the new stuff as much, but thats just me.

Im sorry!!
Hey my lovelies,
So I see that in the time I have been gone I have gotten a few more page views then I had before I left. I just wanted to tell you all that I am sorry I have been absent from my blog post duties. I went on spring break and then just got busy with school. But now that the school year is winding down I will have more time to blog. I was trying the blog everyday but I think that I am going to stick with trying to just to posts on tuesday and thursday. I will have a special post tomorrow and saturday though. Tomorrow because I feel bad for leaving you guys, and Saturday because that is my prom!!!!! Hope you all are having a wonderful day.

My YouTube experience
Hello my Lovelies,
So today I thought I would write a special blog post about my YouTube experience. I have been on YouTube for almost three years and it has done a lot for me, personality wise as well as with my shyness and self confidence.
Three years ago when I started youtube videos I had just gotten over a foot surgery and I couldnt go out and do anything over the summer because I was in a boot and couldnt take it off to do ANYTHING. So I was watching youtube videos and thought it would be fun to start doing my own. So I pulled out the camera I owned, that was really bad quality, and started my first video as a tutorial. That video is no longer on my YouTube because it was the worst video I had ever made and I decided taking it off was a much better idea. I did that for about two months before I went back to school and I kept it a secret from everyone other than my parents.
At school I was shy and didnt talk much to people I wasnt really good friends with. YouTube was my creative escape as well as my way to be myself and realize who I was. It didnt take long for me to start being crazy and funky and my all out self that I was only with my friends.
By the second year of doing videos I was having fun and my self confidence had taken a big boost. I dont get hater comments and if i do its rarely. All I get is praise and support and it made me feel great. Everyone at school started to see a change in the way I acted with people who werent my best friends. I also told a few people I did videos at this time, and I didnt get hate about it at all. They all supported it and actually wanted to be in videos with me.
This being my third year I have changed a lot. My videos have progressively gotten better because I have been making videos longer and know what to do, as well as gotten a new camera and other things that I needed to make decent videos. The one thing for me that hasnt changed is that I still do YouTube for creative fun and that no one really knows I make videos. The day people at school find out may be interesting because i dont know how people will receive it. But until that day comes I am sticking with it because it makes me happy. I love all my subscribers and honestly I dont know what I would do if I didnt have my YouTube. It is my life and I hope it will always be a part of it in some way shape or form.
I hope you all enjoyed this blog post. I had a good time writing it because its not something I talk about all that much all the time.
